My mom is retired and survives on Social Security. She had dental work done here in November 2025 and then suddenly received a $600 bill in April 2026 claiming there had been multiple previous attempts to contact her — attempts we never received. On May 8th, I personally called the office and was told that although they “don’t do payment plans,” paying in increments would be fine. But when my parents went into the office in person, the story suddenly changed. My mom offered to pay $100 on the spot in good faith, and instead of working with her, staff demanded at least $200 immediately or they would send her to collections. Imagine refusing money from a retired senior citizen who is actively trying to pay her bill. When my mom explained she could not afford the $200 right then and there, the woman at the front desk showed absolutely no compassion and refused the payment. True to her word, they sent my mother to collections anyway. For a healthcare office, the lack of empathy and professionalism was honestly shocking. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Convey and the entire team. I came in with a complex infection following a previous root canal, and I couldn't have asked for better care. ​Dr. Convey is incredibly kind and empathetic. He explained my condition with such clarity and genuine concern that I immediately felt at ease despite the stressful situation. When it was determined that I needed an extraction, he didn't just give me a diagnosis—the office actually made the phone calls for me to coordinate with an oral surgeon to ensure I was taken care of right away. ​I also want to give a huge thank you to the front desk. My dental insurance is through a smaller provider and is notoriously difficult to get hold of, but she was so patient and worked tirelessly to navigate the situation for me. ​This office truly goes above and beyond for their patients. If you are looking for a skilled endodontist who provides top-tier clinical care with a supportive, professional staff, I highly recommend Dr. Convey!

While root canal procedures are definitely not fun, Dr. Conway, his Assistant and the receptionist made it a good experience. All of them were very supportive of an anxious patient. Dr. Conway's explanations of the procedure were excellent and the procedure itself went smoothly. There has been no post procedure pain. I highly recommend Lake Washington Endodontics.

I was referred here for a root canal by my dentist and I am so thankful... this team is The Best. I was pretty anxious about the procedure but Dr. Convey and his team were so kind and patient, even taking the time to draw out what the procedure would look like on the screen beforehand. It was an absolutely painless experience and my tooth is healing nicely. I can't recommend this office enough!

If I could give Dr. Convey and his assistant more than 5 stars, I would. I was referred to his office by my general due to a root canal that needed to be redone. My dentist could not do it. So many good things to say: 1. Loved the online registration 2. His assistant made me feel 100% comfortable as soon as I entered the office - right on time 3. State of the art equipment 4. Dr. Convey was wonderful, friendly, thorough in his explanation with what happened for me to experience the pains I'm having and thorough on his explanation how he can correct it 5. Felt no pain whatsoever from start to finish and he constantly checked on me to make sure I was ok. I felt no pain at all that I fell asleep in and out while they worked on me...such a comfortable environment. 6. After the procedure, he went over what I may feel and expect for the next 24-48 hours - clear and concise. I cannot recommend this office enough if you must have a root canal!! Thank you Dr. Convey!!
